証拠金規制の第2弾開始
2011年8月より証拠金規制の第2弾が適用されました。2010年8月に続き個人向け口座の最大レバレッジが引き下げられています。
最大レバレッジが25倍となります
ほんの数年前にはレバレッジ400倍も当たり前という時代でした。現在は個人口座については最大レバレッジが25倍に規制されています。法人口座は規制対象外となるため、100〜200倍程度のFX業者もあります。

円高進行中、市場最高値の気配も
2011年8月17日現在1ドル76円66～68銭近辺で推移しています。欧米経済の先行き不透明感が払拭されないなか、経常黒字国である日本の円を買う動きがやや優勢となります。さらに円高が進む可能性もあり、戦後最高値である76円25銭を突破するという見通しが強まっています。
「ダウ・ジョーンズ FXCM 米ドルインデックス」提供（FXCMジャパン証券）
FXCMジャパン証券は8月29日よりFXの新たな取扱銘柄として「ダウ・ジョーンズ FXCM 米ドルインデックス（表示名：USDOLLAR）」を提供すると発表しました。通貨ペアの追加扱いとなるため別途申し込む必要はありません。
